Tri-Line Contractors, Inc. was founded by Allen Lorenzo, a Florida Certified General Contractor (FL# CGC 1533085), on a simple idea: clients deserve one accountable team from design through final inspection. Based in Jacksonville, we manage new construction, additions, and remodeling projects across the Florida State Area — from high-end kitchen and bathroom renovations to full commercial build-outs. Certified means statewide: our license allows us to build anywhere in Florida, and our process makes every project feel local.
